ProRESTART Polska is a modern training company and a project of a new approach to education in the field of first aid, based on practice, emotions, technology and real experience. Participants not only acquire knowledge, but above all learn to make decisions, react and effectively act in life-threatening situations.

The strength and one of the key differentiators of the Project is audio-visual immersion, which transfers first aid education beyond the framework of traditional training. Image, spatial sound, wireless headphones, projection, VR goggles and realistically prepared scenarios allow the participant to enter the situation, rather than just listen about it. The participant sees, hears, analyzes, feels time pressure, makes decisions and acts. Technology does not replace the Instructor — it reinforces their work, increases concentration and engagement, and allows creating experiences as close to real events as possible.

It is this combination of audio-visual immersion, the Learn by Doing method and working on modern, professional training equipment — training mannequins, AED defibrillators, cervical collars, tactical tourniquets or vests for learning how to deal with choking — that makes first aid cease to be only transmitted knowledge, and become a real experience designed to prepare the participant for the most important moment — the moment in which one must pass from the question "what should I do?" to the certainty: "I know how to react and I can act."

Behind the ProRESTART Polska brand stands Zbigniew Pietrzak — a paramedic, first aid instructor, educator and propagator of the idea of saving lives, organizer of record-breaking CPR Lessons and leader of initiatives promoting public education in the field of first aid. For many years, he has been engaging and inspiring thousands of people to acquire practical life-saving skills, being a four-time official Polish Record Holder in organizing CPR Lessons. He also knows the realities of the production environment perfectly – for years he worked directly in production, and then as a foreman and manager of production departments. Thanks to this, he understands the specifics of working on the floor, organizing teams, time pressure and hazards occurring in production plants. This experience allows creating first aid training that is practical, realistic and tailored to the actual needs of employees and management.

Our training courses engage participants, support memorization, develop decision-making skills and build confidence to act under time pressure. We focus on Learn by Doing — learning through action, realism and active participation. The participant is not a passive recipient of knowledge: they see, hear, analyze, react, make decisions and act.

But ProRESTART Polska is not only technology, equipment and modern educational methods. It is first and foremost a passion for first aid, education and working with people. Passion built over years of experience, thousands of trained participants, the organization of large CPR Lessons and the conviction that the ability to save lives should be available to everyone. It is this passion that drives us to search for new solutions and create formats that are meant to leave something more after the training than a certificate — knowledge, experience and the courage to act.

We direct our offer to companies, institutions, schools, organizations and all environments that consciously invest in the safety of their employees and communities. We adapt each format to the specificity of the recipient, location, number of participants and character of the event, ensuring at the same time a high substantive level, practical nature of classes and unique experience of participants.

We prepare people to act effectively in life-threatening situations, building self-confidence, responsibility, decision-making and readiness to provide help. We believe that good training does not end with the answer to the question: "what should I do?". Its true goal is to bring the participant to the point where they can say: "I know how to react and I can act." Therefore, we break the barrier of fear of providing help and prepare to act when every second really counts.

The strength of ProRESTART Polska is also mobility and flexibility. We are the ones who come to the Client with the equipment, technology and complete training background. There is no need to organize a group trip or rent external space — we create a modern environment for learning first aid where the people are: in the company, school, institution, production hall, outdoor space or directly during the event.

The formats of our offer were created based on the multi-year knowledge of specialists, the experience of many rescue and uniformed services officers, and the multi-year practice of promoting first aid by the Paramedic and First Aid Instructor - Leader of ProRESTART Polska Zbyszek Pietrzak. Each of them combines knowledge, a practical look at threat situations and experiences derived from real actions, training and working with people.

It is this combination of different perspectives that allowed creating formats that are not limited to transmitting theory. ProRESTART Polska focuses on practice, emotions, realism, decision-making and action, because first aid is best learned through experience.

Behind each format is not only a prepared program, but above all people, their knowledge, experience and stories written by life.

Really little remains on the Client's side. We only need an appropriate place, time to prepare the zone and willing participants. We take care of all the rest – we bring educational materials, mannequins, training AEDs, audio-visual equipment, VR and other elements needed to implement the selected format.

We adapt the space, the number of stations and the course of classes to the conditions prevailing on site and the size of the group. The client provides space and people – we bring experience, technology and first aid in a modern format.

1. FORMAT: FIRST AID TRAINING

A 4-hour first aid training for a 12-person group is an intensive, practical format utilizing the latest technologies in first aid learning, where traditional knowledge transfer in 9 thematic blocks combines with audio-visual immersion and realistic scenarios.

Participants work on mannequins with electronic feedback, allowing them to control the quality of resuscitation in real time. They use training AEDs, headphones, image projection, and VR goggles, which allow transferring exercises to a significantly more engaging environment than a classical classroom.

A key element of the training is learning through action – Learn by Doing. The participant does not remain a passive recipient of knowledge and is not limited to listening to the Paramedic - First Aid Instructor. They see the situation. They hear the surroundings. They assess the threat. They react. They make a decision. They perform specific actions.

Realistic scenarios introduce an element of emotion, time pressure, concentration, and responsibility for decisions made. Consequently, the participant practices not only the correct execution of individual actions, but also behavior in a situation where one needs to quickly move from knowledge to action.

This is a training where first aid is not only heard and not only watched — above all, it is experienced.

The goal is to build not only the knowledge of "what should I do?" in the participant, but above all the confidence: "I know how to react and I can act."

2. FORMAT: FIRST AID - REACTION

An intensive 90-minute modern first aid format, created as an alternative for companies that do not need a full, multi-hour training, but want to offer their employees a valuable, practical, and engaging experience.

In a short time, participants go through the most important elements of procedure in a life-threatening situation: recognizing sudden cardiac arrest, properly calling for help on 112, starting CPR, using an AED, and dealing with an unconscious person, including placing them in the recovery position.

Thanks to the use of modern technologies and visual immersion, the exercises are embedded in the realistic context of the event, and the participant stops being merely a recipient of instructions – they see, hear, react, make decisions, and act. We place particular emphasis on practice, the quality of chest compressions, correct order of actions, efficient use of the AED, and breaking the barrier before providing help.

This is not a shortened version of a traditional training, but a distinct, dynamic format combining knowledge, practice, technology, realism, and emotions, the most important goal of which is to build confidence and readiness to act when seconds truly count.

3. FORMAT: EVENT FIRST AID ZONE

A modern, mobile, and engaging event format of ProRESTART Polska which combines the experience of Instructors and utilizes available technologies through practice, experience, image, sound, and emotions.

Several stations operate simultaneously or rotationally, allowing participants to go through CPR training, CPR with AED, VR experiences, first aid exercises using headphones, a screen or image projection, interactive quizzes, mini-scenarios, and first aid demonstrations with professional hosting. The participant is not merely an observer — they see, hear, analyze the situation, make decisions, react, and act.

Combining modern mannequins, training AEDs, image, sound, VR, and realistic situations allows building engagement, emotions, and an experience close to a real event. Technology supports the work of First Aid Instructors and helps transform a classical demonstration into active learning through action.

It will work perfectly during corporate events, Safety Days, City Days, family picnics, health-promoting, sports, and outdoor events. This is a space where first aid is not only heard and watched — above all, it is experienced.

4. FORMAT: CPR VR LESSON

A short and engaging CPR presentation that uses virtual immersion - VR goggles to show participants first aid in a completely new form. This is a short practical educational experience that in a few minutes allows seeing a threat situation, feeling its dynamics, and better understanding why a quick reaction matters.

Virtual reality increases engagement and ensures the participant is not just a passive recipient of the presentation — they observe, experience, make decisions, and learn by doing.

This is a short lesson, a powerful experience, and a modern way of building first aid awareness among children, youth, seniors, and all responsible citizens.

5. FORMAT: FAMILY FIRST AID

Practical first aid instruction implemented directly at the client's home, in a room, or in the garden, intended for the whole family – adults and children. Participants learn the basic rules of reacting in a life-threatening situation, learn to call for help properly, perform CPR, and use an AED.

The meeting is enriched with VR goggles, which allow experiencing realistic situations requiring a quick reaction and decision making. Knowledge intertwines with family riddles, quizzes, contests, and practical tasks, thanks to which learning becomes an engaging experience.

This is first aid on the ease, without a school bench – joint action, emotions, good fun, and skills that can save a life one day.

6. FORMAT: SILENT FIRST AID

A dynamic and engaging first aid learning format, starting with an instruction conducted in the Audio Immersion formula. Each participant receives wireless headphones and follows the instructor's commands synchronized with the prepared audio material. This ensures the entire group works in one rhythm, focusing on the subsequent stages of action and the correct performance of CPR.

After the instructional part, the CPR Relay begins - a team challenge where participants take turns at the mannequins, jointly ensuring the continuity and quality of resuscitation. The format combines learning, movement, cooperation, healthy competition, and a large dose of emotions.

Our experience in organizing Record-breaking CPR Lessons allows us to bring this format even to demanding spaces. The use of wireless headphones makes the CPR Relay perfect for noisy production halls, during corporate events, safety days, and mass events, where traditional instruction could be hindered by noise.

7. FORMAT: SAFETY EVENT

Comprehensive organization and hosting of a modern zone dedicated to safety, health, and prevention. The format combines education, participant activity, practical exercises, and modern technologies, thanks to which health-related topics are presented in an engaging and accessible way.

Associated with first aid, education, and social projects for years, the common denominator of which is one thing: the human being and their readiness to act when another person's life is in danger.

He is the originator and organizer of record-breaking CPR Lessons and a 4-time Official Polish Record Holder. He created CPR Lessons promoting first aid on the ground and underground, during which learning resuscitation stopped being theory and became a shared, practical experience for people of various ages.

As the Leader of the WORLD RESTART A HEART DAY Poland Team, he has been promoting the idea of universal education in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and building a society that is not afraid to react.

The next stage of this journey is ProRESTART Polska - a mobile training and educational project combining first aid with modern technologies and the Learn by Doing method.

For Zbyszek, first aid has never been solely training. It's a passion, a mission, a responsibility, and the belief that a person is best prepared to save a life through practice, realism, and emotions.

Over the years, he consistently shows that education can look different - it can engage, surprise, build self-confidence, and break the most important barrier: the fear of taking action.

It's not about everyone becoming a paramedic, it's about everyone knowing how to react when someone's heart stops next to them.

And it is around this idea that Zbyszek Pietrzak builds ProRESTART Polska today - a project created out of passion for first aid, new technologies, education, but above all, out of passion for people.

4-time Polish Record Holder

As part of the ReKOrdowe RKO Project in the years 2022-2025 during World Restart A Heart Day, he established 4 Polish Records (one in the Salt Mine in Kłodawa, three times in Łódź) with a Certificate from the Bureau of Records.
